Curriculum
Module 1 — Steering Systems
- Steering column, airbag, and clock spring precautions
- Rack-and-pinion and recirculating-ball service
- Hydraulic and electric power steering diagnosis
Module 2 — Suspension Systems
- Short/long arm and strut suspension inspection
- Ball joint, bushing, and control arm measurement
- Electronic and air suspension diagnosis
Module 3 — Wheel Alignment
- Pre-alignment inspection and ride height
- Camber, caster, toe, SAI, and thrust angle
- Diagnosing pulls, memory steer, and torque steer
Module 4 — Wheels, Tires & ASE Review
- Tire wear analysis and rotation strategy
- Static and dynamic balancing, runout measurement
- TPMS service and ASE A4 practice test
