Module 2 — Manual Transmission & Transaxle
- Gear ratios, synchronizers, and power flow
- Noise, hard-shift, and jump-out diagnosis
- Disassembly, bearing preload, and reassembly
Module 3 — Drive Shafts & Axles
- Driveline angle measurement and vibration analysis
- U-joint and CV joint service
- Wheel bearing and axle shaft service
Module 4 — Differentials, 4WD & ASE Review
- Ring and pinion setup: backlash, preload, and pattern
- Limited-slip and locking differential operation
- Transfer case service and ASE A3 practice test
